Rose Hall Weddings and Events

We offer venues and services such as catering, decor, entertainment, photography, etc for both weddings and events.

Yes, we do. Once you book a full-service wedding with us, you will receive the complimentary service of our on-hand Destination Relationship Specialists/Wedding Planners.

For Partial Services and venue only services, the Wedding Planning services will be at an extra cost. For more information please contact weddingsandevents@rosehall.com.

The venue cost is the price to rent the space only. It does not include the cost of decor (including tables & chairs), catering, photography, entertainment, etc. All other services are at additional costs.

To secure the venue a 50% deposit of the venue cost is required.

The wedding or event can be canceled one hundred and twenty (120) days or more prior to the confirmed date of the wedding or event. Please note that 50% of the initial deposit is non-refundable.

No, we do not have any pre-packages available. Due to the fact that each wedding or event is unique, we will provide you with a personalized quote for your full-service wedding. Yes, we are able to facilitate elopements at either of our venues. For elopements, the venue rental fee for each venue is USD$750 (not inclusive of the mandatory 15% GCT).

Yes, we do. There are three categories of service that we provide and these include:

  • Venue only- you book the venue only
  • Partial Service- you book the venue along with other services such as catering or decor, etc
  • Full Service- you book the venue plus all the services for your wedding including catering, decor, entertainment, photography, transportation, makeup, hair etc.

Yes, we can. We have a wide range of menu options for you to choose from for your event. We can also create customized menus just for your event.

Yes, we do.

No, we are not a hotel and we are not associated with any hotels or resorts. Hence, we do not provide accommodations. However, our venues are in close proximity to many all-inclusive hotels, resorts, and villas along the Elegant Corridor in Rose Hall, St. James. We are able t assist our clients with accommodations if required.

To be legally married in Jamaica, the following documents and information must be sent at least two months prior to the date of the wedding:

  • Proof of citizenship
  • Notarized copy of the couple’s Birth Certificates
  • Notarized copy of a form of ID for  the couple (Passport or Driver’s Licence)
  • Notarized copy of Certificate of Divorce (if applicable)
  • Notarized copy of Death Certificate for widow or widower
  • Occupation of both Bride and Groom

For a symbolic ceremony, we would require a notarized copy of the Marriage Certificate.

We usually advise the couple to arrive at least three (3) days prior to the date of the wedding, in order to meet with the Destination Relationship Specialist/Wedding Coordinator and the Marriage Officer, to go through the final details for the wedding.
